STANDARD TERMS

1. A non-refundable deposit is required when this contract is signed, or when reservingtraining Eme. The deposit for the Entry Level Programs (day or evening) is $750.Deposit for weekly training is $500. Full payment of the program balance by cash, check, mopey order or debit/credit card must be made by the first day of training.

2. All students must present a current U.S. DOT physical card prior to any behind-the-wheel instruction.

3. In the event that a training day is cancelled, a make-up day will be designated at the discretion of the driving academy.

4. One training session may be cancelled by the student, with 24 hours notice, and will be made up at a time mutually agreed upon by the student and school. There is a $150 charge for a notice less than 24 hours.

REQUIREMENTS TO PASSING THE COURSE

• To obtain a Certificate of Completion, a score of 90% GPA on each training segment (classroom, basic control skills(range), and road (btw) is required to pass the course. CerEficates of CompleEon will be presented to those who pass the course.
